A high-temperature purification furnace is a device specifically designed for material purification treatment in high-temperature environments. 1、 Basic principles
By heating materials at high temperatures (usually 800 ° C~2000 ° C), impurities (such as sulfur, oxygen, carbon, etc. in metals) are separated and removed through physical volatilization, chemical reactions, or gravity settling.

3、 Main technical features:
High temperature heating system:
By using resistance heating, induction heating, or radiation heating methods, the maximum operating temperature can reach over 2000 ° C.
The heating element material needs to be resistant to high temperatures and corrosion, such as molybdenum, tungsten, or graphite.
The temperature control system is precise, using PID algorithm to achieve a temperature control accuracy of ± 1 ° C.
Vacuum and atmosphere control system:
The interior of the furnace chamber can be evacuated to a high vacuum state to eliminate oxygen and other harmful gases.
Inert gases (such as argon and nitrogen) or reducing gases (such as hydrogen) can be introduced to adjust the atmosphere as needed.
Equipped with efficient gas flow controllers and vacuum pumps to ensure the stability and controllability of the atmosphere.
Furnace body and insulation materials:
The furnace body is made of high-strength, high-temperature resistant alloy steel or stainless steel, and is lined with multiple layers of high-efficiency insulation materials (such as alumina fibers and aluminum silicate fibers) to reduce heat loss.
The furnace door is designed with a rapid cooling device and a sealing mechanism to ensure airtightness and safety at high temperatures.
Material handling and loading system:
Equipped with automatic or manual material loading mechanisms for quick and safe insertion and removal of samples or materials.
For large-scale processing, continuous feeding or rotary furnace design can be used to improve production efficiency.
Security protection system:
Equipped with over temperature alarm and automatic power-off device to prevent equipment damage caused by overheating.
The furnace door safety interlock device ensures that heating cannot be started when the furnace door is not closed.
Gas leak detection and alarm system ensures the safety of the operating environment.
